Noah out for game 4?

Chicago Bulls center/forward Joakim Noah is officially as doubtful for tomorrow's game 4 against the Sixers. The Real NBA suspects that Noah will be ruled out of playing based on the fact that he left today's film session on crutches. Sources indicate that the Bulls privately fear that Noah will be lost for at least this series with a grade 2 ankle sprain that usually takes a month to heal.
