Magic Johnson owns Dodgers
NBA Legend Magic Johnson's bidding group has been approved by major league baseball to purchase the LA Dodgers for $2 billion. Johnson released the following statement:
"I'm thrilled to be part of the historic Dodger franchise and intend to build on the fantastic foundation as we drive the Dodgers back to the front page of the sports section in our wonderful community of Los Angeles."
