Wolves offer Rubio 4 year deal

The Minnesota Timberwolves have until October 31st to sign G Ricky Rubio to a contract extension or he will become a restricted free agent at seasons' end.  Rubio is seeking a 5 year deal near the max but as of yet the Timberwolves offer stands at 4 years in length and valued at $48 million.  Reports indicate that the Wolves have moved up from an earlier $42 million offer.
