Thunder's Jackson to become free agent?

With Friday's deadline fast approaching, it appears that Oklahoma City Thunder G Reggie Jackson is headed towards becoming a restricted free agent in the off-season.  The franchise has made it clear that they intend to keep Jackson and the Thunder will have the right to match any offer sheet that Jackson signs.  With that being said, Jackson has stated many times his desire to start which is something that most likely will not happen in Oklahoma City without a position change.
