Thunder pick up options

The Oklahoma City Thunder have picked up the third year options for Steven Adams and Andre Roberson while also picking up the fourth year options for Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones.  The moves will increase the franchise's salary cap commitment for the 2015-16 season to $63.6 million.
