Pelicans pick up option, decline another

The New Orleans Pelicans have picked up the 4th year option for F Anthony Davis however the franchise declined the option for G Austin Rivers.  The move to decline to option for Rivers was due to salary cap concerns and will allow Rivers to become an unrestricted free agent during the summer of 2015.
