MCW to return soon?

Philadelphia 76ers G Michael Carter-Williams hasn't participated in full contact practice since training camp began.  Carter-Williams has been rehabbing after undergoing shoulder surgery in May. Sixers head coach Brett Brown stated recently that Carter-Williams will return to full practice on November 6th.  Last season for the franchise Carter-Williams averaged 16.7 points and 6.3 assists per game.
