West remains in China

NBA veteran Delonte West has reached an agreement to play in the Chinese Basketball Association for Yao Ming's Shanghai Sharks.  West last appeared in the NBA during the 2011-12 season for the Dallas Mavericks and averaged 9.6 points and 3.2 assists per game.
