Westbrook pulls out of 2014 World Cup of Basketball

Oklahoma City Thunder G Russell Westbrook has pulled out of this summer's World Cup of Basketball.  Despite the move, Westbrook still has hope of playing in the 2016 Olympics games.  Due to 3 surgeries in the past year on his right knee, Westbrook decided to pass on the two month commitment.
