The Detroit Pistons have offered Sacramento Kings Point Guard Isaiah Thomas a three-year deal worth 24 million dollars. Thomas is a restricted free agent so if he signs the offer sheet the Kings will have the ability to match if they so choose to keep Thomas at that price.
