Casspi waived

The New Orleans Pelicans have waived veteran F Omri Casspi.  Last season for the Houston Rockets Casspi averaged 6.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game.  Casspi, a former member of the Sacramento Kings, is said to be looking to return to the franchise and the Kings would be open to signing him if claimed off of waivers.
