Bulls offer to T-Wolves official?

Reports indicate that the Chicago Bulls have made their offer to the Minnesota Timberwolves official in an attempt to acquire Kevin Love.  The Bulls are reportedly offering a package of Taj Gibson and rookies Doug McDermott and Nikola Mirotic.
