Kevin Durant for MVP

It's not surprising that Oklahoma City Thunder F Kevin Durant will be named this season's MVP but with the threat of the Thunder being eliminated from the playoffs in the first round, the NBA has scrambled to find the perfect time to make the MVP announcement.  In the event that the Thunder prevail in game 7 against the Memphis Grizzlies, the announcement will become official Monday.
