Faried, Nuggets to talk extension

Despite being involved in many trade scenarios for the better part of two NBA seasons, Kenneth Faried and the Denver Nuggets will engage in talks of a contract extension during the off-season.  

“We’ll talk to his representation,” Nuggets general manager Tim Connelly said. ” I think Kenneth is happy here. I think he’s really embraced what (Coach) Brian (Shaw) is trying to instill. Those are the type of guys that deserve to get paid.”
