The Cleveland Cavaliers have just announced that they have fired head coach Mike Brown.
Statement From New Cavaliers GM David Griffin:
"The Cavaliers are on the cusp of reaching the higher level of success we all want..it has become apparent certain changes are needed."
Statement from Dan Gilbert:
"It pains all of us here that we needed to make the difficult decision of releasing Mike Brown. Mike worked hard over this last season to move our team in the right direction."
