Powell to return to the NBA?

Reports are indicating that the Houston Rockets will sign veteran F Josh Powell Tuesday.  Powell, 31, was playing in the Philippines but has been granted a release for an NBA return.  Powell has played with the Dallas Mavericks, Indiana Pacers, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Lakers and most recently the Atlanta Hawks during the 2010-11 season.
