Westbrook to return vs Heat?

Oklahoma City Thunder G Russell Westbrook will be reevaluated Tuesday and if all goes well could suit up when the Miami Heat visit Thursday.  Westbrook has been out of the lineup since undergoing surgery on his right knee in late December.
