Knicks looking to upgrade

The New York Knicks are said to be looking at upgrading their backcourt and Atlanta Hawks G Jeff Teague is their prime target.  The Knicks had coveted Toronto Raptors G Kyle Lowry all season but recently the Raptors made it known that they would not be trading their star.
