Possible destinations for Bynum

The Chicago Bulls will waive C Andrew Bynum by 5pm today and that move will save them upwards of $15 million when it comes to the salary cap and luxury taxes. The New York Knicks, Miami Heat, and Los Angeles Clippers are expected to make offers to Bynum once he clears waivers and is a free agent by the end of the week.
