NBA announces another missed call

The NBA has announced that a foul shoud have been called on Monta Ellis on Austin River's last "shot" attempt Saturday. Had the foul been properly called, Rivers would have been award 3 free throws with .6 seconds remaining.

I think this shit is dumb as Hell to do. If u missed the Call fuck it what is the use in coming back later & say I should have made this Call. What does that solve? It only upsets people. Now start fining the refs for missing calls then it would make sense.
