Celtics offer Rondo extension

Seemingly in a rebuilding stage, the Boston Celtics have offered G Rajon Rondo a contract extension.  Terms of the extension are unknown but should Rondo accept the offer, Celtics President Danny Ainge indicated that Rondo would be paid "star money".
