The Chicago Bulls have and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to exchange stars.  The Cavaliers will receive F Luol Deng, who they've coveted for a while and the Bulls will received C Andrew Bynum and 3 future draft picks.  The move will give the Bulls cap flexibility going forward and as mentioned Monday on The Hardwood Nation, the long term plans for the Bulls includes using the amnesty clause on Carlos Boozer this coming off season.  Deng had rejected a 3 year, $3o million extension before the trade was agreed upon.

"We have great respect for Luol Deng, as a player and a person. He has been an incredible contributor to our team on the court, and he has also done great things in the community," said Chicago Bulls General Manager Gar Forman. "On behalf of the entire Bulls organization, I want to thank Luol for his years in Chicago."
