Stoudemire to miss time.....Updated

New York Knicks F/C Amar'e Stoudemire will miss time due to swelling in his knee.  Knicks head coach Mike Woodson indicated that Stoudemire will be "out a while".

Update:  Once news of Woodson comments made the media rounds, Stoudemire sent out the following tweet:

Fans, IM NOT INJURED, just want u to know I'm ONLY stay'n bk bc of 6 games n 9 days w/ bk2bks! Body & Knees feel great! #Knicks #STAT
