Did he or didn't he play like an overall No. 2 pick in an NBA draft? Charlotte Bobcats F Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was at the center of that debate last NBA season. He's now looking for a new beginning and has aspirations of becoming an NBA All-Star.
“I was disappointed in myself,” Kidd-Gilchrist said. “It wasn’t the losses. I like all my teammates and we bonded a lot. I was mad at myself. I set goals and I didn’t reach any of the goals that I set. All my life I did that and last year I didn’t reach one goal.......I want to get better at this game. I want to be an All-Star at some point,” Kidd-Gilchrist concluded. “And I want to win games."
