Bulls' Noah to miss opener vs Heat?

Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau doesn't think that F Joakim Noah will be ready to return next Tuesday as the Bulls face off against the Miami Heat on the NBA's opening night.  

 “[Wednesday] is like the first day he could shoot a ball, and it’s basically all straight-ahead stuff,’’ Thibodeau said. “He’s completely deconditioned, so we’re very concerned about that.’’
