Pacers to be without a starter for tonight's game

The Indiana Pacers will be without starting PG George Hill as they face the New York Knicks tonight in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference Semi's matchup. Hill sustained a concussion during Game 4 and at this point in time it's unknown whether or not Hill will return during this series. Earlier today at shootaround, Hill notified the team about his headache problems and later failed the NBA's concussion test.
