Damian Lillard to be named the NBA's Rookie of the Year

The Portland Trail Blazers will hold a press conference Wednesday afternoon to announce G Damian Lillard as the 2013 NBA Rookie of the Year.
What's taking them so long to announce this? Everybody already knew he was gonna win it, just like lebron is gonna be mvp when are they gonna announce that?

Anthony davis. If he had as much minutes as lillard. The brows numbers would be much better than lillards especially defensively. But i cant say i watch hornets games to know why he rarely played. Im just saying this off numbers.
