Woodson talks Shumpert

Knicks fan worldwide cringed at the thought of possibly losing Iman Shumpert via trade to the Phoenix Suns. The Suns pursued Shumpert but the Knicks didn't show any interest in losing the defensive minded swingman. Yesterday Knicks coach Mike Wood addressed the Shumpert trade rumors.
"I don't think you can ever tell a player he's not (being traded)," Woodson said. "That's kind of out of my hands. If the owners came to me and said we have to do a deal, you do the deal....But I sat him down and I told him. He knows how I feel about him. I mean, my daughter jumped me last night about that trade rumor. She called me and said 'Daddy, you're not trading him,' because they all went to Georgia Tech together. Man, I'm like 'Iman's going to be right here with me.'"

his hair is really disturbing.its like black spongebob squarepants.
ReplyDeleteshump is a great player. even thou i think he should go els where to blosom... at the same time. i dont want him out my knicks..... n hes playing injured. just wait il he gets better
ReplyDeleteTough being a Knicks fan watching them suck on da defensive end giving up 30 wide open layups a game. Don't like Felton and Kid on da floor at same time and don't like JR shooting 10% like I said Miami will beat OKC in da finals again. The NBA is so predictable. Not like da NFL.
ReplyDeleteThey r 2nd in the east. It aint that hard. N we did beat miami 2x so we know it can be done. They do need to start playin better defense tho. N they need to start passing the ball like how they were early in the season.
ReplyDeleteThat's a season game not a playoff game j.s.
DeleteN i like boys. Who wants to be my baby?
