Rivers talks Crawford

It was a move that no one saw coming out of the Boston Celtics but it could be a move that provided the team with a spark. Jordan Crawford can make buckets in this make or miss league and head coach Doc Rivers spoke about his newest player.
"The good thing and the bad thing I hear about him is his confidence," Doc Rivers said. "You rarely say that, but it’s tough for him there to buy into a role because he looked at himself as, ‘I’m better than them.’ I’m hoping that we don’t have that issue here. Obviously if we do, then it will be a problem."
"He hasn’t been a great defender, but he’s an athlete," Rivers said. "I always look at an athlete (as) if you’re an athlete, then you can be a defender. That’s one thing I’ve always had no problem with. If you’re not an athlete, that’s an issue. But if you are an athlete, then you can beat people off the dribble and you can hold people from beating you off the dribble."

The c's will make a dollar outa 15 cents wont they? And hes another guy who hates the heat, plays great against them everytime out. The celtics r still the heat's biggest problem n my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI usually agree with you. But the celtics on they last leg. The PACERS are the only team that gave them a run last year. In the east I would say the PACERS will give the HEAT their biggest problem in my opinion.
ReplyDeletePacers preach. They have size and play team ball unlike OKC. Celtics have no bench and are old. They would get swept by the heat.

DeleteNope disagree. Without Rondo C's aren't gonna do much. Ya sure they had a lil win streak. But I think age is gonna play a huge part. Ya Crawford is a scorer. But up against Miami, Knicks. It's gonna be a whole new different game and Crawford never been to the post season. Gonna be a miracle if Boston comes out of the 1st round

The bulls and the C's won the regular season against the Heat. And we all know the end results. Get your shit straight!

They have a nice lil run now but other teams are goin to tire those to vets out n Jeff green can't win on his own. Pacers or Knicks the only teams in the east to go toe to toe wit heat unless lebron keep dis level of play up or even get better. Chicago cross em out last time d rose came back is wen he caught a big injury so his not gonna come back n risk his career. West need to worry bout spurs not playing like dis in the playoffs.All in all I'm goin wit my boy wade to get his 3rd ring.
