Jennings addresses Ellis

While at his youth camp yesterday, Bucks guard Brandon Jennings to some time out and shared some thoughts with the media, mostly about his feelings for Monta Ellis and if indeed they can play together. Jennings also stated that he'd love to receive a contract extension from the Bucks and the two sides have until October 31st to reach that conclusion, afterwards if no deal is reached, Jennings would become and unrestricted free agent.
"I really want it to work just personally, because everybody is doubting it....Everybody knows we both can score like crazy. But I think everybody thinks we can't win together. That's going to be one of our biggest challenges. I'm up for it and I know he is.....We actually went through stretches where it could (work), but with the lockout and short season, we only got him with about a month left," Jennings said. "Now you've got to deal with me and Monta for a full 82 games; it should be interesting."

Offense is kno problem with thesee 2... but can they stop the other big backcourts?...both get u 5-7 asst a night but neither is a true pg so who gonna run the team?... I think they can get the 7 or 8 seed in the east and that's about it... but both of them are ballers...mote ellis is very underratted
ReplyDeleteI dont c it. Bucks have sum talent but u got 2 small guards who love 2 shoot and have the ball n there hands. They will b lookin for a trade by midseason.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on that one preach..
ReplyDeleteI gotta check the rest of they roster out... I think they got some young talent...
ReplyDeleteBogut is a big loss to them and when healthy Jennings & him worked well together, with great role players in the other positions, they were good, but guards playing similar will affect them
