Could Noah have a fracture?

Joakim Noah limped off the court and couldn't return to the game which saw the Chicago Bulls blow a 14 point  4th quarter lead to the Sixers.  To make things worse, according to sources, Noah could have a fractured ankle.  Initial x-rays were negative but Noah is in bad shape and could miss time.
