Noah to be suspended?

With a little over a minute remaining in the 1st half of yesterday's game, Noah was called for a foul and while he was arguing the call, he was hit with a technical foul.  Noah then threw the ball in the direction of the official and earned his second technical and was ejected.  Earlier this season Celtics guard Rajon Rondo earned a two game suspension for throwing a ball at an official.

"Just disappointed in a technical foul and being thrown out when we're shorthanded already," coach Tom Thibodeau said. "We can't have that."
