Westbrook shares his thoughts on the Thunders rise

During his previous 3 full seasons in the NBA, Thunder guard Russell Westbrook has seen his team improve in wins every season.  Now at the mid way point of his 4th season, the Thunder currently share the league's best record with the Miami Heat with 27 wins and 7 losses.

“I mean, we was on the bottom,” Westbrook said. “We worked our way to the top. So it's not a bad thing to be on top and be where we want to be at this halfway point of the season.....It's a great feeling...It just shows that we're getting better. That's definitely a big step for us.”
