Kings pick up option
The Sacramento Kings have picked up their option on G Ben McLemore for the 2015-16 NBA season. Last season for the franchise McLemore averaged 8.8 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.

More Slam Dunk Contest Participants revealed.....Updated
The participants of this year's NBA All-Star Saturday Night festivities will be revealed tonight on TNT but some names have already leaked out. Along with Damian Lillard, John Wall, Paul George, Ben McLemore and defending champion Terrence Ross are all said to be confirmed for the Slam Dunk Contest.
Update: Harrison Barnes will also compete in the competition.

Ben McLemore talks Shabazz Muhammed
Rookies Ben McLemore and Shabazz Muhammed have been linked thoughout last NBA season and many wondered who would be taken higher during the NBA Draft of 2013. Recently McLemore was asked what his reaction was to Muhammed being kicked out of the NBA's Rookie Transition Program and he responded with the following.
"Very disappointing, After they were telling us the rules, what not to do, for him to do that it’s just unbelievable after they just explained the different rules to us. Hopefully he’ll learn from his mistakes. Hopefully that won’t stop him from being the basketball player who he is, just keep playing, going with his career."
