Spurs' Leonard tears ligament

San Antonio Spurs F Kawhi Leonard has a torn ligament in his right hand and will miss tonight's game against the Portland Trail Blazers.  Recently Leonard spoke of the injury.

"Not as bad as it sounds," he said. "I should be back soon."
