Lewis to undergo surgery

Rashard Lewis will have to undergo knee surgery soon. Lewis was recently signed by the Dallas Mavericks and the 16 year veteran has a career average of 14.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Lewis's agent Colin Bryant released the following statement:
"Rashard discovered he needs a medical procedure on his right knee to ensure he functions at a high level this season. We look forward to (Lewis) getting this behind him as soon as possible so he can continue his stellar NBA career."
