Houston/Dallas to cooperate?......Updated

Restricted free agent Chandler Parson signed an offer sheet with the Dallas Mavericks however the form has yet to be submitted to the league office/Rockets.  The Houston Rockets are now exploring the possibility of a sign and trade that would allow them to receive pieces in exchange for Parsons versus letting him walk for nothing if they decided against matching the offer. 

Update:  The offer sheet has been delivered and the sign and trade are off of the table.
