Charlotte to sign Hayward?

As expected the Charlotte Hornets have offered restricted free agent F Gordon Hayward a 4 year deal valued at $63 million.  The Utah Jazz have been adamant that they'd match any deal for Gordon and they have 3 days to do so once the deal is signed on July 10.
