Raptors eyeing Carter?

The Toronto Raptors are reportedly interested in signing Dallas Mavericks F Vince Carter.  Carter began his career in Toronto and the Raptors would like it to end there.  With that being said Carter is very happy in Dallas and despite being eliminated from the playoffs yesterday, Carter has hinted that he'd like to return to the Mavs.
